These terms apply to your use of payanails.com and to bookings made with PAYA Nail Services (“PAYA”, “we”, “us”), Ground Floor, Studio F, Sukhumvit Hotel, 22/3-4 Sukhumvit 21 Rd, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By using this website you accept these terms.
1. Information on this website
We do our best to keep the information on this website (services, opening hours, prices and promotions) accurate and up to date. It may change from time to time; if in doubt, please ask us before your appointment.
2. Prices and promotions
- Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿). Prices marked “from” are the minimum price of that service; the price you pay depends on the service, design and add-ons you choose.
- We confirm the price with you at the salon before the service starts. If it is not what you expected, you are free to decline the service before it begins.
- Promotions are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated with each promotion, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings
- Appointments can be booked by WhatsApp, LINE, phone or at the salon. A booking is confirmed once we reply to confirm the date and time.
- If you are running late or need to change or cancel your appointment, please tell us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
4. Your health and safety
Before your treatment, please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments, pregnancy or other health matters that may be relevant. We may adapt or decline a service if we believe it could be unsafe for you.
5. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, for example by trying to disrupt it, access restricted areas, or collect its content by automated means for commercial purposes. Texts, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to PAYA or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written permission.
6. Links to other services
This website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAYA is not liable for any loss resulting from technical problems or interruptions of this website, or from the content of third-party services linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Thai law, including rights relating to the prices and services we advertise.
8. Privacy
We explain how we handle your personal data in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If there is any difference between the English and Thai versions, the Thai version prevails.
10. Changes and contact
